ORDERING INFORMATION: All orders are placed
using a SSL Secure Server. Credit Card information
is NOT stored for future use.
MERCHANDISE CONDITION: All products are new
unless otherwise noted. Pictures on this website are a
representation of the product offered, not a picture of the
actual product being shipped unless otherwise noted.
We guarantee our products 100%.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept American Express,
Mastercard, Visa, Discover/Novus, PayPal, Money orders
and Checks. We DO NOT ship COD. Sending a check
will delay shipping up to 15 days after payment is

LAYAWAY: We offer layaway plans on items totaling
$100.00 or more, excluding shipping and sales tax. We
require 25% down and 25% per month for the following 3
consecutive months commencing 30 days from the down
payment date. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of all
merchandise being held. No refunds on layaway
merchandise. A store credit will be issued for the
amount actually paid less a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING/HANDLING:
All U.S. Orders: Items in stock are shipped promptly with
the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. We will
notify you with shipping dates on all special order items.
Please let us know if you require a rush on an order. For
an extra fee we can arrange for overnight to 3-day
delivery, in most cases. Please contact us for international
shipping charges.
CARSTENS/FRIENDLY FOOTSTOOLS: Orders are
shipped as soon as possible via UPS GROUND or FED
EX GROUND. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. For
an extra fee we can arrange for overnight to 3-day
delivery, in most cases. These items are shipped from Burlington, Washington, zipcode 98233.
BACK ORDERS: Most in stock orders are shipped within
three to five business days. Unusually high demands may
temporarily deplete our stock. If this occurs, we will advise
you when you can expect delivery.
RETURNS: All sales are final unless HandCrafted
Beauties approves the return. If approved a 25%
restocking fee on orders may apply. After an order has
been shipped, we cannot refund shipping charges or
return postage unless you receive an item that was wrong
due to our error.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Report any damage or breakage
of your merchandise upon receipt to the carrier
immediately. You MUST retain all packaging material for
the carrier's inspection. Before replacement merchandise
can be shipped to you, a damage claim must be filed with
the U.S. Post Office or United Parcel Service.
SALES TAX:Because of our store location, we are
required by law to collect 7.80% sales tax on the
merchandise total for shipments to Washington State.
RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned due to
insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 charge. Checks
which have been sent to collection will be subject to a $50
fee plus reasonable attorney's fees in addition to the
amount of the check.
COOKIES: As in Internet kind, are not collected or used
by HandCrafted Beauties. If you would like to send us
samples of the eating kind, feel free to do so. ALL will be
gratefully accepted.
